To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Forever in the Sand. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site or by reaching out to our travel agency.

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the resort made and paid in full by May 1st, 2025. For the best selection of rooms, please make your reservation as soon as possible.

We are currently holding rooms from November 5, 2026 - November 15, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Air/Transportation: You will fly into Puerto Vallarta. When you make your reservations, you will see the option to add transfers. Our Travel agent will request your flight details closer to travel

How many days should I arrive before the wedding?
We'd love for you to think of this as your vacation with our wedding in between!

May I setup a payment plan?
You will receive a payment link once your reservation is made and you will be able to make payments at anytime.

Can you help me arrange transportation to/from the airport and resort?
Yes, when you make your reservation using the booking form, you will see the option to add on transportation. We will need your flight information 60 days before travel.

When do I need to make my reservation and pay in full?
Reservations are due in by May 1st, 2026 and final payments are also due in full by May 1st.

What is the cancellation policy?
Your initial deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your reservation before the final payment due date, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel once your reservation is paid in full and the final payment date has passed, refunds will depend on insurance purchased. If you do not purchase insurance, your reservation is non-refundable. You may purchase travel credit insurance or cash back insurance which will cover the cost of your trip.

May I use USD in Mexico?
Absolutely! The resort is all inclusive, meaning that your drinks and food are covered your entire stay! We recommend bringing small bills ($1s & $5s) to tip bartenders and servers a few bucks if you are experiencing good service.

Price Matching

Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team.

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

Price Matching Details:

Room only rates in USD must be publicly available (membership clubs excluded) to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Websites must be US Based.

Vacation package rates which include airfare, airport transfers and/or travel protection cannot be price matched.

Advanced Payment rates (full payment is due at the time of reservation and are usually non-refundable/non-changeable) cannot be price matched. All price matches are subject to approval by the resort. Forever in the Sand cannot guarantee a price match request will be approved by the resort.

Wedding Registry

Important Travel Information:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

1. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
2. Minors traveling with one biological parent will need a Notarized Consent to Travel. Please consult your airline for their requirements.
