Did you find a lower rate somewhere else?

It's super important that you make your booking with the group as the cost of our wedding events is directly related to how many guests book within the group.  Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate.  We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the resort to request a price match for you.  Your card won't be charge anything until we can confirm the lower rate offer and we will send you a complete reservation itinerary to review and approve with your final pricing on it.

Please note that transfer costs and travel insurance costs cannot be price matched.  Rate must be a publicly available US rate to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Bookings made outside the group may incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer.  It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel.  Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

Do I need a passport?  You will need a passport (please make sure the name you enter on your reservation matches your passport) Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your trip!

What should I bring? Pack your passport, lots of sunblock, any medications you may need, small bills if you want to tip, phone/device chargers, a tumbler, straws, a pool float is optional but so fun, comfy shoes, and be ready to celebrate!!

Is there a dress code for the wedding?  We are celebrating in paradise, but this is a formal affair!     Please dress elegantly.

What currency should I use?  Most places will accept both Mexican and US currency, as well as major     credit cards.

Can I request to be near my friends and family? You can request a specific location, but the resort will not guarantee room location.

Are there any additional fees at the resort?    The Municipality of Solidaridad will be charging an Eco Tax of 20.00 Mexico Pesos (approx. $1.10 USD) per room per night. This amount is not included in your vacation price and will be collected at your hotel. These funds are being used to protect, maintain and conserve the natural beauty of the destination the area and its surroundings.  Quintana Roo implemented a new mandatory tax, VISITAX, to be paid by visitors departing Cancun and Cozumel on April 1, 2021 and onward. The tax is approximately $10.00 USD per person (depending on current exchange rate). Visitors can pay prior to departing for their resort, at the Cancun or Cozumel Airport upon arrival or departure, or at any time prior to their departure back home. If you wish to pay online, you can do so at the secure VISITAX website, http://visitax.gob.mx/sitio/

Do I have to tip? Tipping is optional and not required, employees work very hard and long hours and a small tip is greatly appreciated.
