August 29, 2026 and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our Vow Renewal at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana!

Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our vows with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Forever in the Sand. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site, as guests that book outside the group will incur additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to take advantage of the discounted pricing, all guests must have their reservations for the hotel made and paid in full by May 1st, 2026.

We are currently holding rooms from August 26, 2026 - August 31, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website. If we are not holding the room for the requested dates, our travel agent will request it be added to our group. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. Please note that Funjet Vacations offers price matching, so in the very rare instance that you do think you have found a better deal, please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We require an e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the price match team (it must include the date and the website)

It is important that your booking still be made with the group so that it will still count towards our group.

The cost of the events held at the resort are directly affected by bookings being within the group space, and any bookings outside of our room block end up costing us more!

FAQs

Do I need a passport? You will need a passport (please make sure the name you enter on your reservation matches your passport) Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your trip!

What should I bring? Pack your passport, lots of sunblock, any medications you may need, small bills if you want to tip, phone/device chargers, a tumbler, straws, a pool float is optional but so fun, comfy shoes, and be ready to celebrate!!

Is there a dress code for the wedding? We are celebrating in paradise, but this is a formal affair! Please dress elegantly.

Can I request to be near my friends and family? You can request a specific location, but the resort will not guarantee room location.

Do I have to tip? Tipping is optional and not required, employees work very hard and long hours and a small tip is greatly appreciated.

Important Travel Information:

1. Every person traveling will need a valid passport. If you do not have a passport, you should apply for one ASAP as the process can take months. Find more info here: https://travel.state.gov/content/passports/en/passports/apply.html

1. Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
2. Minors traveling without BOTH parents will require a Notarized Consent Form. Please contact your airline for requirements
