We're getting married...

and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at Dreams Tulum, in Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience at Dreams Tulum where all your meals and drinks are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Forever in the Sand. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resort.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.

All guest must have their reservations made and paid in full by January 1, 2027.

Brittany & Edgar will be at the resort from May 10-17th. We are currently holding rooms May 12 - May 16, you may book any dates you wish through the website. Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort, and the maximum occupancy in most rooms at the resort is 2 adults. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Dress code: Beach Formal. Think linen, bright colors, and elegant beachside attire. Jackets optional, comfort encouraged. Please keep in mind the warm weather and uneven beach/cobblestone surfaces when selecting footwear.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

FAQS

Do I need a passport? You will need a passport (please make sure the name you enter on your reservation matches your passport) Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your trip!

What should I bring? Pack your passport, lots of sunblock, any medications you may need, small bills if you want to tip, phone/device chargers, a tumbler, straws, a pool float is optional but so fun, comfy shoes, and be ready to celebrate!!

What currency should I use? Most places will accept both Mexican and US currency, as well as major credit cards.

Can I request to be near my friends and family? You can request a specific location, but the resort will not guarantee room location.

Can I bring my children? Yes! Please RSVP for each kiddo and their ages so we can plan accordingly. Children traveling with one parent may require a Notarized Travel Consent Form signed by the other parent, please check with your airline.

Are there any additional fees at the resort? Certain destinations and municipalities impose and collect additional fees that are not included in your contracted group rates. These fees cannot be paid for in advance and may encompass, but are not limited to, environmental sanitation, conservation, Eco, security, and departure taxes, as well as porterage, sustainability, and Tourism Guest Levy charges

Do I have to tip? Tipping is optional and not required, employees work very hard and long hours and a small tip is greatly appreciated.

When should we arrive? We ideally want our guests to arrive by 5/12/27. You are welcome to stay as long as you can to enjoy the vacation!

Which airport should I use? We highly recommend using CUN. All transfer quotes are for transfer to/from CUN. Transfers to/from TQO are SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive.
