We're getting married...

and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at Secrets Akumal, All Inclusive resort in Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all inclusive resort experience where all your meals, and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Be All Inclusive. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Please note the travel information tabs near the bottom of this page-this is where all pertinent travel information can be found including hotel information, reservations, making payments on your trip, as well as booking your transfer to and from the resort.

In order to take advantage of the group pricing, all guest must have their reservations for the hotel made by June 1st, 2022. All reservations will need to be paid in full by July 1st, 2022. If you make your reservation early, you will be able to make payments over time if you wish.

We are currently holding rooms from October 20th, 2022 - October 24th, 2022; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya is set in the heart of Riviera Maya, just 20 minutes away from Playa del Carmen. Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Price Matching

If you believe you have found a lower rate than our contracted group rates, please don't book with another source outside of the group. Simply enter your reservation request in the booking form above and notate your request for a price-match in the notes/special requests field. Our agent will get in touch with you and work with the resort to get the rate matched, and your booking will still count towards the group, which has a direct impact on the cost of the wedding and events at the resort for us. The hotel will match any publically available rate so please be sure to submit your request and our agent will be in touch.

Excursions

From horseback riding, to exploring beautiful cenotes and ancient Mayan ruins, we want you to experience everything Mexico has to offer. It's best to explore off-resort excursions with the most trusted name in travel in Mexico, Lomas Travel. Not only will Lomas Travel be there to meet you at the airport and take you to your resort if you purchase transfers with us, but there will also be a Lomas travel representative at your hotel during regular business hours in case you need them for anything.

You can plan to make the most of your trip by pre-purchasing any excursions you want to do so that when you arrive for your vacation, you wont have to worry about what tours are already sold out.

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
