We're getting married...

on November 4, 2026 and we would love to have you join us in celebrating our wedding at Dreams and Secrets Bahia Mita All-Inclusive Resorts in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!

Come enjoy a great all-inclusive resort experience where all your meals and alcohol are included with your stay while you celebrate our wedding with us. Children are welcome to join the wedding events.

To take care of all your travel plans, we have been working closely with a travel agency that specializes in destination weddings, Forever in the Sand. With their help, we have reserved a block of rooms with special group rates at the resorts.

We ask that you book your stay directly from this site. Guests that book outside the group will be responsible for all additional fees to attend the wedding events.

In order to book within the group and RSVP for the wedding, all guests must have their reservations for the resort made and paid in full by June 15th, 2026.

We are currently holding rooms from November 1st - November 7th, 2026; however, you may book any dates you wish through this website (if we are not holding the room, our travel agent will request it be added to our group). Note, there is a 3-night minimum stay required by the resort. All guests must be staying at the resort in order to attend the wedding.

Check-in Policy:
Check-in begins at 3pm Guests arriving earlier than 3 pm are welcome to use the resort immediately upon arrival even if their room is not ready. The hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Check-out is 11am.

Price Matching

Did you find a lower rate somewhere else?

It's super important that you make your booking with the group as the cost of our wedding events is directly related to how many guests book within the group. Please submit your reservation as normal, and in the special requests / notes field, please let us know where you found a better rate. We may require a e-mailed screen shot of the offer, and we will send this information to the resort to request a price match for you. Your card wont be charge anything until we can confirm the lower rate offer and we will send you a complete reservation itinerary to review and approve with your final pricing on it.

Please note that transfer costs and travel insurance costs cannot be price matched. Rate must be a publicly available US rate to be considered by the resort for a price match.

Bookings made outside the group will incur additional fees to attend the wedding events. Guests are responsible for all additional fees when booking outside of the group.

FAQs

Do I need a passport? You will need a passport (please make sure the name you enter on your reservation matches your passport) Your passport must be valid for 6 months after your trip!

What should I bring? Pack your passport, lots of sunblock, any medications you may need, small bills if you want to tip, phone/device chargers, a tumbler, straws, a pool float is optional but so fun, comfy shoes, and be ready to celebrate!!

What currency should I use? Most places will accept both Mexican and US currency, as well as major credit cards.

Can I request to be near my friends and family? You can request a specific location, but the resort will not guarantee room location.

Are there any additional fees at the resort? Certain destinations and municipalities impose and collect additional fees that are not included in your contracted group rates. These fees cannot be paid for in advance and may encompass, but are not limited to, environmental sanitation, conservation, Eco, security, and departure taxes, as well as porterage, sustainability, and Tourism Guest Levy charges

Can I have a room that isn't listed? Yes!! Just submit the form and choose the room option "unlisted" and we will reach out to the resort to secure the room.

Do I have to tip? Tipping is optional and not required, employees work very hard and long hours and a small tip is greatly appreciated.

Is there a dress code for the wedding events? For our "Something Blue Before I Do" please wear your favorite shade of blue, please no prints or florals.

Our wedding will be Formal, Elegance by the Sea, bold, vibrant solid colors.

Important Travel Information:

Your passport should not expire within 6 months AFTER travel! Even though your passport may be valid, the airline can deny you boarding if your passport expires within 6 months AFTER travel. Do not risk it, renew if you are due!
Ports of entry in many countries have security measures to prevent international child abduction. If your child is traveling alone or with one parent/legal guardian, they may need a notarized letter of consent from the other custodial parent. Please check with your airline.
